• You tell iBOS USA the qualifications of the position you need to fill.

• Let us know if you’d like the position to be filled with an American or a bi-lingual voice.

• iBOS USA interviews dozens of applicants in the Dominican Republic that fit the qualifications you require finding the top 3 to 5 candidates.

• You interview these candidates the exact same way you always have. Remember this is insourcing, NOT outsourcing. You do not change your procedures whatsoever. Interview as you always have.

• If you do not find the perfect candidate with the perfect skillset, voice, and qualifications you require, then we will continue interviewing until you do. (No fees, upfront costs, agreements, or contracts whatsoever)

• Once you have found the perfect candidate you want to hire, they are brought aboard and trained by your company, exactly as if they were sitting in the office. These are effectively your employees! Just without all the W2 headaches. Many of our clients’ own employees are unaware that iBOSUSA remote-insourced employees are not sitting in the office with them a few cubicles away.
